I ended up going to ebay for my light after asking a number of times here.
I got an aftermarket one for a silverado for $32 shipped.

The lense is very clear, it makes the factory one look old. Fit was fine.

Hey duwem, how long have you had those replacement fog lamps? Have they held up pretty good, and fogging or fading? My OEM Fog lamps are worn out, been thinking of getting those ebay ones. Can you post a link or from who you got them from? Thank, Jesse....

The ones that sell for $40 or less, aftermarket, don't last a day of rain. They suck. I bought them for 2 of my trucks at the same time and both got wet on the inside when it rain. Now Im gonna go to the stealership and whatever they cost I'll get them.
