Default WTB: AIR Pump

Hey guys, just looking around to see if anyone has an OEM air pump lying around that they don't need. Mine works fine, but it's aftermarket and LOUD!

I know someone in Texas probably has one (if they didn't throw it in the trash) since you guys take that stuff off immediately. Let me know.

An air pump? Do you mean a compressor?

Secondary air injection. It pumps air into the exhaust.

Its was availible on 99-01 trucks sold in california. it pumps out side air in to the exahust sytem and make's it run rich on start up... Really a stupid thing. I believe its to help warm the cat's up. it only runs for like the first 190 seconds of a cold start up.

I tuned mine off and left it there for the visual part of the inspection.

I didn't want to assume that, but it makes sense why someone with Calif limitations is asking for something that's not illegal in Texas.

What don't you just move, and you won't have to worry about that crap?
