I have a 2001 lq4 6.0L engine block! I have dissasembled it and had the block cleaned,honed and has new cambearings installed by a local machine shop. The block had 66,### miles on it when it was pulled. It did not have a major problem, customer complained about the knocking and the GM Rep. replaced the block for him. I also have the heads which i had also cleaned. I bought eight lq9 gm pistons and had them pressed on the rods. Let me know if you are interested!
