Default What Could I get for my 5.3l complete? Will be for sale in ~2 Wks?

I am swapping my 5.3 for the 6.0 within the next 2 weeks.
I'll have a spare 5.3 with 50,000 miles and in great running condition with never a problem (ever) & has had Mobil 1 Synthetic since I first got it. (I am a loser and keep all the receipts to prove it)
I can provide VIN of my truck, etc. if needed.
Plus, you can feel free to come by and check it out and see how it runs before the swap in a couple weeks if you're in Houston area!

It will be a complete takeout minus steering pump, starter, water pump, etc. (the stuff on the front...lol)
It will, however, include the fan, the complete intake, etc.

How much is it worth?

I tried to sell mine for a long time. I started asking like $1300 (only had 19,xxx on it) then I came down eventually to $500 and I never got ANY response. I ended up just using it in my work truck! I wish you more luck than I had!

I agree, don't expect anything above $600 for it.

Interesting info, I will be in the same situation soon. Building a 5.3 to stroker 382 right now. Have the 4.8L motor stock IN ADDITION a crank, rods, and bearings to convert to a 5.3L.
