I would guess 6000 miles on the cam like i said when i went to a turbo i changed to a cam better suited for boost.. A new one is $384.99 plus shipping so your getting one for about half the cost of new. I ran with a 5.3 and a Yank 3000 worked great..

the tr220 is a very good cam for the 4.8
