Default MTI R1 Cam

Too big for my turbo 5.3, and too small for my turbo 408 so... This needs to go. 232/236 @ .050 and close to .600 lift on a 114LSA (pics below). Hardly even used, picked it up a few years ago and looks darn near brand new. Would be awesome in a built 6.0! Picked up an LS6 cam instead so NO TRADES!

$200 Shipped FIRM

This is what this cam sounds like (Believe video is also 114LSA)

VisHous00 knows his turbo stuff. You could always build your system anound the 5.3l with a stock cam of a used LS6. Try http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-p...ale-wanted-53/ and post a wtb or ask Matthimself to sell his without the yellow LS6 springs. The nice part about a LS6 cam is that when your done playing with it, you can sell it for what you paid for it.

Since your putting it in a Firebird, you can get away with a pretty fat cam.

its not necessarily that the cam is too big its just that "in theory" the overlap will lead to boost bleeding off

There are pics of the cam and cam card! It's lubed, bagged and ready to go guys, first one to pay gets it!

Rick - Thanks again dude, I found an LS6 cam already. >=) Will go with something a little bigger for the 408 (custom grind of course on a 115-116LSA with a bit more duration for the big cubes, that motor has je pistons, billet lunati rods, nitrided crank, etc. I want to have a lot of fun with that, running a 3800 stall, t-brake, 9" rear, 10.5 tire and caltracs with their split monoleafs.
