Not without a spacer, the lower manifold is setup for ls3/L92 rectangle heads.

Superchargers on line has the lower manifold for the 5.3 cathedral head for 325.00 I'm not sure of the price on the adapters.

This is a great deal here with some nice extras in the mix.

Thanks ya I never priced the lower, that's probly best bet right there instead of the spacers. Thanks for the info.
