SOLD1996 4L80e from a 2500 truck. Transmission was rebuilt by one of the most experienced factory engine and transmission re-builders in the country "Jasper". This was a plant truck that was sold off for a newer one.
Transmission has 3257 plant driven miles on rebuild. Comes with converter,yolk,dust cover,flywheel,dip stick tube and pig tail wiring harness. $1000.00 "OBO"
If you plan to buy this for a newer body style truck I have the cross-member for it but it still needs to be modified to fit. $50.00 .

I want to not have to ship any of this so I am looking for local sales around the Houston area first, if not I will ship out then but not the transmission.

It was from a truck that was used inside a "chemical plant".
I knew about the rebuild and bought the tranny when the truck was sold off for parts.
It is in very good condition and will make a good replacement or upgrade.

Sorry this is a kit and the cats would be useless without the headers.
If your looking for just a set of headers there is a set of non stainless steel PS headers for $225.00 in here somewhere.
