Default FS Gates HD tensioner for Magnacharger

Selling a slightly used Gates HD belt tensioner that I used with my Magnacharger to eliminate belt slip. Works perfectly and bolts into the stock location with no modification needed, just swap over your existing tensioner pulley. More consistent tension than factory and much beefier.

Selling because I thought the tensioner was squeeking, but it was the blower. Once it was rebuilt, squeeking went away.

Asking SOLD.

Looks like this:

Will post actual pics soon.

I'll take it. This is the HD correct, not the standard magnacharger tensioner?

How did you determine your blower was squeeking?

I replaced the tensioner and the squeaking was still there. I used one of those car stethoscopes (like $3-4 at Harbor Freight) to narrow it down to the blower. And the blower made a slight squeak when I pulled the belt off and turned the pulley by hand, which I guess the squeak is magnified when the pulley is spinning a few thousand RPMs. Hope this helps.

Ah interesting. I'll get ahold of a stethoscope. I've spun my blower and it didn't make any sounds, but thanks for the tip.
