Rebuild specs? Heads? Cam specs? Compression? What year is the motor? We need more info! Same goes for the trans....

the best i could do is get the casting numbers from the block....

i am not sure about the exact specs, i just know it is around 9.0:1, stock heads/valvetrain, bored .030 over, stock cam, new cam bearings, late 70's motor.
trans is a TH-400 with s stock stall speed convertor.

my brother purchased it as a unit to put in his worktruck for towing, just trying to help him sell it.

it also has fairly new distributor, intake, BRAND NEW holley 750 double pumper w/electric choke, shorty headers, and all accessories are included <water pump, alternator, etc>

Is this a stock 54 with just a clean up bore, with stock internals? Is it balanced, open or closed chamber heads, oval or square port.

Thanks

just stock with a bore and stock internals. not sure on balancing.....and not exactly sure on head configuration.

i have asked my brother to take it down and tell mem ore, but he is whining about the cost of replacing all the gaskets. i will get him to get the casting number from the block and heads, then we can figure out what exactly it has going on with it.

engine casting----14015445 '75-'87 truck motor

head casting----- 346236 '75-'76 truck/car oval port heads.

intake casting---- 465839 factory intake

so i am guessing about a 75-76 motor

tranny casting--- 8627-13 TH-400
