Default ASM headers - Magnaflow X and !Cat pipes

ASM headers - modified with the BigTex touch. Collector has been expanded to 3" from the standard 2.5" collector. These have AIR and EGR provisions, but have blockoff plates over them currently. Have about 8K miles on them. Currently setup with a 3-bolt flange. Finish is good with no rust. $525 shipped.

Also have front pipes made to fit those headers. Pipes are 3" in diameter and contain no converters. Pipes merge into a Magnaflow X pipe just past the transmission crossmember. Just create your own true dual catback. X pipe has about 500 miles on it. $150 additional for the buyer of the headers.

would those bolt up to my Tahoe Thorleys?? They are a mid length. I was thinking of running 3" pipe from the headers to the X pipe and then maybe to a 2 into 1 magnafow. I'd have 2 electric cutouts welded in after the X. Im curious if this will flow enough air for my setup.

I doubt that it would be a perfect fit for the Throley headers. The exhaust pipes were built for these modded headers. Your description is nearly identical to my config. I've got dual 3" pipes after the X going into a dual 3" in / single 4" out magnaflow muffler. It should handle your setup.

Crazy - I'll tell you what, I live in Forney, so I'm close. You buy my headers and 224 cam for $750 cash, and I'll personally custom tune your truck with my wideband and flashscan for $100 when you get them installed.

Yes, they will bolt up to a 2005 HD perfectly. You will need some exhaust work done to connect whatever muffler you plan on running to the system. Actually, with the larger diameter HD front pipes, you probably only need the headers and not my front 3" pipes.
