6.0L parts and more: Oil pan/D585 Coils/4L80 Flexplate/Valvesprings/Pushrods/Fan
I've decided to start cleaning out some of the leftover LS stuff that I won't be using for my 2nd Gen LS swap (to make room for new parts)! All the the LY6 parts are off of a 2008 LY6 with less than 3000 miles. I'll cover shipping prices and paypal fees so what you see is what you'll pay. My paypal address is croppduster@rocketmail.com.
Two Driver's Side LS Valve Covers. The one pictured on top is off of a 2008 LY6 with less than 3000 miles. Includes bolts and bolt seals. $30.00 shipped.
The one pictured on the bottom is off an unknown milage 4.8 or 5.3. Great shape...just needs cleaned up. Includes bolts and bolt seals. $20.00 shipped
Stock Truck Belt Tensioner with Idler Pulley. Pully is not correct for this item, but can be removed and sold without the pulley Less than 3000 miles on actual tensioner. $20.00 shipped.
2008 LY6 stock valve springs. Includes spings, retainers, locks and valveseals/spring seats. Less than 3000 miles on these. Replace your high milage stock springs with these as preventive maintenance. $25.00 shipped
2008 LY6 stock pushrods. Less than 3000 miles on these. $15.00 shipped
2008 LY6 truck clutch fan. Less than 3000 miles. Good replacement if your truck fan is worn out or broken. SOLD!
Factory 4L80E "flat" flexplate. Came off the low milage LY6. Includes the flexplate only. Use this for a 4L80E swap or to run a TH350/TH400 behind an LS motor with a "standard" (non-LS) TH350/TH400 convertor. SOLD
D585 6.0L Truck coil set up with heat sinks. Includes coil packs, brackets, and coil wire harnesses. Unknown milage. I pulled these from a previously running 6.0L at a salvage yard to have a spare set, but now they're just in the way and I don't think I'll need them. One of the little retaining "loops" on the main (large gray) harness plug on is busted off on one of these. If you look real close at the picture I posted its the top set. It shouldn't affect how they operate at all; you would just be able to unplug that side without lifting up on the clip I guess. SOLD!
Brand new LS2 HD timing set. Includes cam sprocket with 1X reluctor, crank sprocket, and HD timing chain. I bought this brand new from Yank here https://ls1tech.com/forums/parts-cla...es-new-gm.html and just never used it. Still sitting in the box they shipped it to me in. SOLD!
LY6 Truck oil pan set up. Less than 3000 miles. Includes oil pan, pick up tube, and oil pan mounting bolts. Factory pan gasket still attached. The pan has a little orange overspray on it because it was on the motor when I painted the block. Should clean up pretty easily if it bothers you. This pan was on a VVT-equipped LY6 motor so the pan is tapped for the in-pan oil pressure relief valve. If running this pan on a non-VVT or Non-AFM motor, you'll simply need to plug the hole with a 14mmx1.50 plug (costs less than $1.00). If you are putting it on a VVT or AFM motor, just transfer your oil relief valve from your pan to this one, or I'll throw one in for an exta $25.00.SOLD.
1-Inch Setback LS Engine Swap Plates. These engine swap plates are used for swapping an LS engine into older GM vehicles. They were designed to work with the pre-73 frame stand stye SBC/BBC mounts and won't work with the newer clam shell style mounts. Used for mock up only and didn't work with my clamshells. Over 3/8th thick plate (.400), powder coated black, and all hardware included. SOLD
Brand new F-body rear alternator bracket. I bought this brand new but ended up not needing it for my swap since I relocated my alternator to the driver's side head. SOLD.
Stock F-body Thermostat (pictured on right) and Stock Truck Thermostat with housing (pictured on left). Unknown milage on the F-body one. Truck one has less than 3000. SOLD.
I may be adding some parts in the future. I've got the complete VVT set up off the LY6 but I'm still undecided on whether to keep it or sell it. Let me know if there is any interest and I'll consider getting rid of it.
Any questions just post up or PM me. Thanks.
