FWIW 1/2 ton transfer cases use the larger 32 spline output shaft, the same shaft size as a stock 4l80 output shaft. Also there are not many different slip yokes that GM uses, just different lengths
OP did you use the 80e transfer case as well or the 60e case? If so the shaft should work

Have you measured center to center at the u joints?
Also pm the seller and ask him to do the same. If the shaft is within 1/2" you should be fine.
Point I was trying to get across is 1/2 ton and 3/4LD and HD use a 32 spline output shaft
