Will this driveshaft work with the exact same setup, but with a 4L60E?

It should but Ive never done it, I know there is not much difference in the length and some people have used stock driveshafts when theve gone from 60e to 80e.

Would the place where you purchased it know for sure if it would fit in the same truck as yours but with the 4L60E? I am interested, but I don't want to take any chance of buying it and then it doesn't fit my application.

You would have to measure from your transfer case to rear end yoke and check my measurements. Ive had it a year, maybe 1000 miles.
