10 bolt Rear axle that fits 99-06 Gm full-size trucks.
I had this in my 01 silverado for about 700 miles, motor went, then truck turned into a snowball project but anyway....
Has Detroit tru-trac, motive gear 4:56's , all new Timken bearings including axle ends and seals, 1350 Universal joint yoke, Moser Aluminum girdle/cover, Axle tubes fully welded to housing and powder coated black. Also comes with a new set of reman calipers with brackets. It does not have caliper mounting brackets or emergency brake hardware because i had to use it on my 14 bolt.
I have the manual for the trutrac, just a couple pages to tell how the axle retainer goes in and what lube to use. It reccommends to use regular gear oil and not synthetic which was good - -a lot cheaper so i figured I would just change the oil a lot.
also a page for the cover on how to torque the girdle bolts to the carrier caps. The gasket on the rear end I always use a little bit of grease on to keep it from sticking and kept it reusable.

I will not ship this but would be willing to meet at a reasonable distance or even further for some extra $
any questions post or pm me

Shred all you would really need is a conversion u-joint like this: http://eastcoastgearsupply.com/i-135...n-u-joint.html

haven't heard anything back from redsled, so maybe he got rid of it local...?
That's interesting, first I've heard of anyone doing an 80e swap than removing a 14bolt for a 10....
If I were closer (and if I could get 9.5 4.30's) I'd swap you from my sierra right now!

lol. well your right with the 80e. the 10 bolt has been proven though. i have no faith in 60's. maybe if i didnt have to drive it everyday id be fine with one. but i see no problems shaving 80 pounds and being able to do a 4.30 gear. but most likely ill end up keeping the 14
