You wouldn't really need anything because it comes with the springs. Use your retainers, keepers, pushrods. If your asking what do you need for the install, then do a search on cam swaps. Some gaskets are needed, some are not, depending on how many miles you have on your 5.3. My recco would be to advance it by using an adjustable timing chain. Scoggin Dickey sells them for under a $100. Advance it 4* and it will be fine. Idle smoothly and pull mid to high.
