Default LS6 cam???

They are selling me a stock cam/springs that came off a 02 WS6 (RamAir), I asked the owner if it is considered a LS6 cam and he did not know, he said it might be since it has a LS6 intake..... so does anybody know if it is considered an LS6 cam/springs???? thanks....

No that is not an ls6 cam. He has just a regular ls1 cam in there.

Bump! Are you wanting to buy a LS6 cam? If you arent sure do some searching on this site about them. Alot of people that get them end up changing them but some love them. They are great with n20 and boost but there is better!

Funny how the guy selling you the cam knew enough about the intake and what it was but not the cam. There are better cam choices than a Ls6 cam.On the forum you should be able to find a low mile $200 mild cam.Who will install it?

There's a really nice sounding Lingenfelter cam going for $250 right now... that's chump change more than an LS6 cam, and likely quite a bit better performer.
