Default Yet another 6.0 Exhaust thread.....

I have exhausted (no pun intented) the search feature....Could someone please give me input??? As I need to order my exhaust soon.

I have an 03 6.0 Denali AWD.
I would like to have a custom exhaust made.
I already had to cut my stock one off to work on my bag setup. I see I have a huge muffler with dual in and single out.

I would like to have a dual setup with exiting on each side in front of the rear tires?
I plan to run:
Long tube headers - is this possible as I have only seen the 5.3 guys with them? which ones will bolt right up to my motor? do I need any special weld on bungs for sensors?? Any scraping issues with the truck bagged?
I will eliminate the cats
Aerochamber mufflers - would I need 1 dual in/out muffler or 2 seperate single mufflers? what sizes in each scenerio?

I am looking for nice performance, but no drone or rasp.
I intend to run FI in the near future. which aerochamber?

please let me know what else am I missing? other than some pipe to connect, and a PCM tune? any Y/H/X pipes needed?

thank you

Pacesetter L/t's Are The Best Bang For The Buck. If You Are Gonna Get Rid Of The Cats, You Need 02 Simulators, Or Get A Tune To Delete The Code. Y-pipe And X-pipe Setups Are Both Very Popular. Diameter Of The Piping Depends On How Far You Plan On Going With Performance. If You Are Gonna Run Fi, Then Dual 3" With An X-pipe Will Give You The Best Flow. If You Wont No Drone Or Rasp, Dont Get A Flowmanster. Aerochamber Have Good Reviews. Anyone Feel Free To Correct Me If Im Wrong.

It is not wise to run exhaust under the plastic fuel tank which makes runing dual on each side in front of the rear tire a little hard.

yeah after posting the thread I looked at some other member setups, and realized that will not be a good idea!! Now I guess I am going to just dump them right before the axle now.
