Default y-pipe install...need help

I installed pacesetter headers on my 5.3 and I bought a off road y-pipe after I had the headers installed. I'm having trouble getting the y-pipe to stay on straight on the header collectors when I bolt down the end of the y-pipe to muffler. It goes crooked and pulls the pipe on the drivers side out of the y-pipe.

Should I just go from the header back or from the muffler up?

Thanks

I went from the header back on my install. Didn't have any real issues. If I remember correctly the passenger side slid up on the collector easier than the driver’s side. Just worked them both into position then slipped the pipe that mated up with the muffler on last. I did push the muffler back with my foot to get the clearance I needed.

so the muffler isn't binding up the y-pipe on the headers?

Thanks
