Default why is there oil in #5?

Forgive my ignorance. I just pulled the intake and heads off of my junkyard '04 6.0l lq4. Number 5 cylinder ( I think, 3rd one from the front driver side) has about a 1/2 ounce of used motor oil in it. I do not think the motor was rolled or stored on it side, info c/o LKQ. The plugs all have the same even color burn on them as do the pistons and valves. I do not think the motor was pickled using old oil because it's the only cylinder wet and the intake is dry. Should I chalk it up to sh** happens and let it go or....Any ideas are much appreciated. Thanks, Art
