Default x-pipe

Does anybody know if installing an x pipe on my exhaust would help any with performance enough to make it worth the cost? I have a 99 2dr tahoe 5.7L Right now I have short tube headers running into two separate cats into two separate glasspacks and then two separate tips. True duals.
