I highly doubt it. Like I said previously it only did that starting the 1st day I got the tune done and does it every now and then.

Not comfortable pulling the front drive shaft for a dyno tune? I'm pretty sure some of the SS guys have been doing this without a problem.

was it from a stop or right after a 2-1 kick down? i have found out when raising the shift points and rev limiter things can work great from a stop but from a roll it will shift down too close to the shift up point. then there is some kind of delay before it can shift back up and it may hit the limiter.

if that is the problem then a higher limiter will help but the shift down points need to be adjusted so it wont down shift once you get to a certain speed.

I was having the same exact problem last night. From a roll, punching it,and it just bouncing off the limiter. Only problem is my rev limiter is at 7000rpms, and I hate looking at the tach memory and seeing that 7000rpms! It did it once, and one time it shifted at 6800rpms. It ran like a beast when it shifted at 6800!!! My shift points are currently set at 6300rpms. I tried it again on the way home, and it would shift perfectly at 6300. These damn pcms are crazy as hell!
