Default Wtf?

So tonight I go out to get a bite to eat on my "lunch break" and I get on it, full WOT and my truck hits the rev limiter like 3 times in drive and then shifts.
Could this be a tuning problem? I know its not a trans slip problem.

I'd rather have someone else retune it; someone that will actuall sit in the truck with me and tell me what the f*ck is going on instead of tuning, driving it, returning it and saying have a nice day.
