Default Would I get an error message in these situations?

If one of my fuel injectors was not working correctly or I was getting a miss, via spark blowout or any other ingnition thing, would my SES light ome on? As far as the spark blowout would it show up on a Tap log? If so what do I look for?

Depnds ... did Nelson tune for an aftermarket cam? He knocks out all the misfire detection stuff in his flashes. If not, then yes, you should see a flashing SES light. The code should say if there is one cylinder in particular or a multiple random misfire.

Stock cam. So I guess I would still have the flashing SES if I had a problem

You should ... I dunno if Allen disables the misfire codes with a stock cam or not.
