Default Any stock 17" wheel wider than 7"?

Does there happen to be any stock Silverado/Denali/Escalade/Siera, etc 17" wheel that is wider than 7"?

I'm looking for a set of 4, if they exist, for a project.

Actually, I run factory Escalade wheels in the winter, which are 17x7.5" wide. I know its only a half inch, but it is still wider than 7".

Well, I looked but couldn't find definate specs. I'm trying to put a 275/55/17 on a 17" stock rim, but it needed to be at least 7.5" wide.

I've looked at those rims for a winter set-up too, running the 265/70/17.

What year of Escalade rim are they?

Thats's funny you should mention that, as that is the size I am running. I run the Continental 4x4 (it's a street tread even tho it sounds like an off road tire, comes stock on Mercedes ML class) which hook great. Here is a link to the specs for the Escalade, incase you didn't believe me.

Oh, btw, my rims are off of an '02, but I believe they are all the same. I got the rims as new take offs on EBAY for $235 and they were said to have less than 10 miles on them. They looked brand new.

I've got a set of Nitto 450s mounted to a set of 03 Escalade wheels. Size is 275/50 R17. Thats 28" tall, 11" wide. They fit and run fine, just look a little short on my truck. Perfect for the track through. I'll take a pic if you want.

I thought that the Denali wheels were 17"x8". Maybe I'm wrong. Those are what I'm running and I've got a set of 275-60-17 yokohama avs s/t's on em.

I wish Denali rims (better looking) are only 17"x7"

Thanks for the help guys, it's just what I was looking for. Cadillacs website never gave a width measurement, so I figured they were the same as the Denali's.

BigTex, when you get a chance, snap me a pic, please.

I'm calculating this tire size to put me through the traps exactly where I want to be.

I have a 3.42 rear, and I have to shift into 3rd before going thru in the quarter. Here are the only pics I have of my truck with the wheels on it, and the pics aren't that great. (sorry!) Here is a link that also might be helpful for calculating gear ratio based on tire size...its the second calculator I believe.
