Default Would cut-outs be a good idea?

Would cut-outs give a little performance and sound pretty good with LaPole headers? Would they take long to install? I was thinking about getting some flow-tech cut-outs installed with the headers I'll be getting in a month or two.

Sound is great. Performance gains are minimal. The best set up is the Flow techs with electric E-Valves installed so you can open and close them frm the driver seat.
