I just read the new sport truck. There is a scsb in there with a worked 4l80e, 6.0, heads, cam, crank, pistons, ATI s/c, 52lb injectors and a 200shot of happy gas. Looks damn sweet. I wonder how much that cost?

A heads and cam 9:1 6.0L with about 10psi(intercooled) should be good for 700flywheel hp at around 6000rpm without any nitrous. Parish, I think you've already went nitrous crazy. I would throw new rods in also while the motor was apart just to be safe.
Harlan is at ~830flywheel hp judging by his mph and MAF curve/frequency he's seeing.
I'm going to pick up the new Sport Truck and check that thing out.

all i can say is, DAMN!! if it holds together it will be one baaaad mother! so what would a 408 stroker with a blower do? this is what i am building and looking for opinions.

i was speaking rwhp numbers there and being a little conservative not knowing what blower, how much boost or even if intercooled but yea your right, even his rwhp numbers would probably be quite a bit higher than 700hp.

the best price i have seen for a iron 408 with heads and cam was around 8k, just in case you didn't know.

What type of blower? turbo/procharger/whipple/etc.
Intercooled??
What compression ratio is your motor going to be?
How much boost?
What is the max rpm your planning on spinning the motor to?
What heads and cam?
Then I'll guess.

Using rwhp numbers gets kinda tricky since no one has really proven that drivetrain loss is a percentage of flywheel or more of a fixed number so I like to guess in flywheel numbers.
