When was the last time you considered a Interstate road trip in your 10 sec creation? Not likely...But I guarantee Brooke would have no problem piling in the family for an intrestate run without hessitation...and still be able to smack down a few Mustangs along the way.

I'm not knocking these guys for buying trucks (we can't all drive 10 second Camaros or low 11 second C5's like me), but please let's not pretend these LS1 trucks are by any standard quick. After all it takes a 200 shot of juice just to run in the 12s, and the vast majority of them are in the 15s. I think most guys on here would get waxed by a dodge neon sport.

Now by the percentages, The trucks are holding there own. Terry, I know you like to start **** everywhere you go, but like Oxidizr said, these truck were bought with usefulness in mind. We can drive these trucks to the track

Now, stop complaining. I was on your side when everyone said your Sonoma would not tow your car. Considering, thes trucks were not made for speed, these guys are not doing to bad.

PS Richard I don't really like Valley Head service. They charge and arm and a leg, take forever, and are not very experienced with LS1s (no matter what Larry says).
Why not put some money up against my Z28 for a race? My S10 will be ready for a money race in a month or two.

We have been over the reason for the trucks being slower about 12 times in this thread alone.

This is a stupid *** argument. Of course the cars are much faster. These trucks are quick by comparison, I saw 5.9 Rams running in the 17's tonight, and 5.4 Fords in the 16's. And WTF kind of Neon would beat us? You don't even have a Gen 3 V8 truck, so why don't you go back to the car boards since they are so much faster.

Oh yeah I was also wondering why are the V10 Rams so much slower than V10 Vipers?? I don't get it... I am a dumbass...

I do not mean to offend anyone and I am not much of a dodge fan eather, but this little car will spank any stock 4.8/5.3/6.0 truck.
