I was wrong! The discharge assembly from the 8.1L kit won't work. I'm talking to a client of mine who's a fab engineer for motorola today. He's pretty sure he can "womp one up". I'll see what he says when he sees the piece.

If the discharge housing does not affect the bypass in any way...seems it would be simple enough to just add an outlet on the opposite side (maybe angled slightly forward for clearance).

Mabye that's the way to go. Plug the current discharge hole and make a new one on the other side. That sounds like the easiest idea yet.
