Default Whipple has come out with a Liquid Intercooled twin screw!

I just saw that Whipple has finally come out with a liquid intercooled twin screw supercharger for the Chevy line. Kenne Bell is coming out with one shortly! How would they stack against the Radix? Whipple is also coming out with smaller pulleys to run more boost. Also whats up the the Fuel management with the whipple cant really understand what in the hell they are saying over their site? Does it come with new injectors and fuel pump. Could I ditch their computer and just tune with HP tuners?

Link?

An intercooled Whipple or Kenne Bell should take care of a Radix quite handily. But of course, we would have to see it and feel it, I would have to drive it, etc.

Ahhh, just some wordsmithing going on there. All they've done is started injecting the fuel before the blower in an attempt to cool off the charge.

yep, over-rated...thats why all the pro fuel teams, pro-alchohol teams & the winninest pro-mod teams use em...and a screw charger is the best of the best...inherently cooler & more efficient...maybe PSI will do a blower for the LS1 series, probly not but it'd be the ****

I know one thing, Whipple kida pisses me off. The 3v Ford comes out and they already have a bad *** blower that fits the thing before they came out with the truck. Us Chevy guys have been asking for one for years. Why in the hell cant they just apease us for one time? The Kenne Bell site seems more promising, becasue they say a intercooled chevy kit coming soon. So I am going to call them on Monday, and see what is up, and also check out the customer service, becasue I heard it is shitty.

I just don't understand why some of you actually care to buy their product if they are so blatently ignoring the wants of the GM community.

There are other products out there that easily equal or surpass those guys in quality and customer service so why patronize a lame company?

The Kenne Bell makes 400 rear wheel torque at 2000 rpm and that translates to 500 ft pounds of torque at the fly. That whats got me interested. That was non intercooled and only 6psi. I could not imagine a intercooled 10 pounds of boost twin screw would make!
