That is awesome James, thanks. Im not sure I can do all of that in the driveway though . The guy that originally did my headers welded them up so I'll need to fix that and weld up some flanges there. I cant decide whether I want to run some electric cutouts as well. I may also try sticking to one of those dual 3" inlet and to single 4" outlet magnaflows. I also wont be running cats. Did you take a look at the link?? The multi bend gives you 2 90* bends and one 45* bend. They also sell 5 ft sections for $40. I think even if I went overboard and screwed up a bunch I could get away with 4 of those multi bends =$160 and a 10 ft of piping =$80 add in the muffler and Im only at ~$350 or so. That would leave plenty of money for some nice electric cutouts

That multibend you linked to is really a bargain. That is stainless steel! None of the stuff I used is stainless, it's all just aluminized. With tubing like that available the whole system could be done in stainless, mufflers, weld wire, everything. All the flanges (they call them collector rings) I used were just mild steel. See if you can find some stainless stampings for those and you're set. A stainless system will last the life of the truck. Aluminized life-spam is climate-dependant, out here they last about 10 years.

I thought it was a great price for mandrel bends much less stainless. I have to use gas, but the welds look better and its easier to "see" everything. Im toying with the idea of making a 3" into 4" Y pipe and then just going with a 4" system. Seems like less chance of my screwing up and I then have a real good reason to go with dual 3" cutouts. What do you guys think?? Im sure I could find a 3" to 4" reducer pipe. I could then use the stock system as a bit of a template.
What do you guys think of that idea??
