Default wheel hop

Hey guys i have a 03 chevy with a 5.5 by 8inch drop kit 4.11 gears puttin the magna charger on it right now but it has horrible wheel hop and was wondering what track bars you guys run or do you know what to do about it please let me know thanks

How much are those traction bars and do they weight alot ?

They are about $300-335 depending on what deal you get and they are about 15 pounds for both sides.

I have a set of Lakewood bars on my lightning and they seem to virtually stop all wheel hop. And they are only 100 bucks or so. And easy to install. Just another option.

Those are conventional slapper style bars aren't they?

The Cal-Tracs simulate a 4 link suspension. They help hook you up as well.

yes they are a conventional slapper bar, but i have read from guys who have put them on there lightnings that they dont help with side to side movement, they tend to roll. But the slapper bars work really well on my truck.
