Default What are you guys paying?

I have a set of LT's and a cam that i wanna install in my 03 5.3, what can i expect to pay for the install ? Wanting a shop with a good rep. in the Houston area.

your gonna pay probably 300 for header install and probably like 1200-1500 for cam install and tune...

do at least the headers yourself... its easy... cam is a little more advanced.. i just finished mine and man it was a mess... but very satisfying after....

A good private installer could do headers and cam install for like $350.

Crap man i got heads, cam, and longtube installed for 600 down south at a reputable shop lol...

and cam and headers should be about 400 give or take a hundred for your area..

Cam is 4 hours...Header is about the same.

man i would put a post on LS2.com or CamaroZ28.com searching for a local shop.

Cam swap, 6hrs, cam only an hour and a half
Headers 1.5-2hrs !

what longtubes are you putting on? do you have a y-pipe and the rest of the exhaust? are you replacing your valve springs? who is doing the tune for the cam?

Do the headers your self. And my installer quoted me $400 to install cam, springs, and push rods.
