Default cleaning up the stock TB

Whats it worth? Or should i start looking for one already done? I am going to swap to a LS1 intake and was trying to stay low buck (yes i have a set of electric fans going in too).

Thanks
Dirty

I've read that it's good for a little better throttle response, but not much if anything in hp/tq gains.

Hmm may be more work then its worth. Throttle response is pretty good now even with a clutch fan. I know the volume isnt holding back yet.

Rather than an LS1 intake you you should go with an LS6 or better. The LS1 intakes are like down grades to the truck intake.

Their inturnel volume is the same 5.2L All truck intakes are only 4.L. I also wont have to mod my pcv with a LS1 and its better down low. Also free with rails and injectors vs 300 bucks = winner
