Default what should I do

I got some speed engineering longtubes to install on my 02 rcsb Silverado. The other day I was spraying some pb on my manifold bolts and I noticed one was already broke. There’s no leak or anything but I’m wondering if I should go ahead and install them or what bc I don’t really wanna have to remove the heads if I break off any more bolts and pay to get them drilled out and tapped if I can’t remove them. Should I just keep my manifolds for now until I get my cam or what?

I used a screw extractor kit from snap on that comes with left hand drill bits. Most came out with the drill didn’t even need the extractor.

Vise grips and a little heat work if the stud is still there.
