I have a chance to buy a 00 4door Z71 from the dealer I work at. The truck is fully loaded with leather. Push button 4wd and leather, New tool box,dual exhaust,and windows are tinted. The truck has 107k miles on it. I was told I could get it for $11,500 What do you guys think? Its a really nice truck but the miles make me think.

 

A 6.0L swap will take care of that problem

 

Well I was wanting to keep it stock. So them I will a way of going all the time. It will also pull my truck back and forth to the track.

 

Prolly still runs very strong as long is it was kept up which it sounds like it was but I personally would rather spend the extra couple a $K to get sumthin with lower miles.

Price seems fair but again I would prefer to spend a bit more for less miles.

 

Thats what I was thinkning, But I have heard very very good things about these motors. Not so good about the tranny though. I heard as long as you keep the oil changed and not run the **** out of it then it should last to about 300k miles.

 

Get a Duramax!!

 

Personaly dont like the Duramax. Not for a DD any ways.

 

Why not I drive mine everyday and have no complaints.

Dont know lol. They are suposed to be getting some more in so I might just wait and see about those.
