What kind of gains will I expect to see at the track by switching to 3.90 gears?

Question What kind of gains will I expect to see at the track by switching to 3.90 gears?

I was thinking .2-.3, what do ya'll think? Thanks.

i think that sounds reasonable. i believe someone said they saw close to those gains w/ the swap before.

I was told swapping from 3.42 to 3.73 would give -.2 -.3 reduction so I would think going to 3.90 maybe -.3 -.4 reduction. I can't wait until I put my gears in.

gmc5.3L hurry up and put those gears in and let us know what the outcome is!
