Just to ask-
For the L92 head swap to happen in the 6.0 trucks you need-
L92 heads
What intake that matches up to truck and accessories?
water pump swap?
corresponding throttle body?
different accessory brackets?
Correct or erase if wrong?
how do throttle cable plate routing and other accessories on the 6.0 LQ4 intake work out with the L76 intake?
I was seriously contemplating using a set of 243's and just milling them down, but my best port in those heads only flows 320- I could put on a set of L92's that flow 350 with way less effort and time on the bench nitpicking.

So I keep seeing that there is a L92 truck intake??
What intake would bolt up to the square port heads and allow everything that is currently on a LQ4 engine (throttle cables, crappy plastic intake cover, map sensor ect) to work? I don't mind swapping water pumps but I don't really want to start getting into the territory of swapping a bunch of accessory brackets.

Finally decided to just not bother with the head swap.
Picked up a set of 317's for 150, already decked both down .060 to close up the chamber, best port is right at 330cfm @ .650 lift, then it goes turbulant. Im just gonna spend the winter nitpicking at it and once I get it where im satisfied, Ill send it to Jason @ CNC performance and have him digitize the port and duplicate it and save it as a "race port". So far the port is at 226cc's which is still very reasonable. Trying to not go over 235cc's, thinking about raising the floor up a little bit to make the short turn less agressive. Still using regular 45 seat cutters with a 38 topcut and 54 bottom, 60 bowl and at 92% venturi to valve. Still using stock valve with 32 backcut.
I think I can get close to 350 if I keep messing with it over the next 4 months. If I do, I won't give out the dirty details!!!
I believe if I just use ported heads with a cam thats somewhere in the 236/240 @ 112 range with 1 7/8 LT headers, 10.5:1 compression and stock intake w/ aftermarket or ported TB I should be in the 530-560 range. Maybe more but doubtful. I would actually pull cam out if it made more to mellow out the street characteristics.
