What fuel pressure should I run?

I am at 60 for now, but I may experiment. My tunner had also recomended running 58-60

ive always wondered if a higher pressure could make the spray pattern different..

Is this, 60 psi, set with vacuum removed? So it would be 60 psi max under load and a few ponds less unloaded?

Yes, you would set the desired fuel pressure with the engine off, so there would be no vacuum on the FPR. Once the engine is running the manifold pressure will dictate the final fuel pressure.

You need to run at the fuel pressure your tunner recomends so that your injectors are scaled properly. With 42# injectors, there is no reason to deviate from the stock spec pressure.
