I would think that if traction is not an issue, you should get low 13's to high 12's.

Are you planning a sticky tire?

No traction (2.2-2.5 60')= 13.3-13.5
Good traction (1.8-2.0)= 12.9-13.1

MPH should be around 103-105

Very nice truck Oxidizer. I looked at your web page. GMC SKI you have a hell of a setup if you can put it on the ground. HP + TQ = I need TRACTION.. You should be Mid 12's to low 13's if you get it to the ground, and your weight is under control...GOOD LUCK.

Torque converter selection is important to making this combo work.

Deep trans pan, tranny cooler, 4:10's if you plan on running 28" or 30" tires.

Sounds like you got a mean combo ... keep us posted on the results.

I really don't know where to start with choosing a good slick and rim combo.
as for driveline improvements are have made plans or a serious tranny rebuild. talked to a guy up here that does rebuilds for A.R.E he said he'd fix me up $2500 or so .i was told to blow it up and then go see him. thinking about doing the rear end at the same time. i want something that is still going to be streetable I drive this thing to work still maybe just a set of 3:73? or should i go 4:10's?
