Default What can i find for 8.1

I don't have any idea about the 8.1 what can i find and where?? do the 8.1 similar to the 6.0 or 5.3 from the side of the cams, pulleys, ..... etc. and what about the LS1Edit?

The 8.1 is it's own breed of engine. Very diffrevt from 6.0, 5.3. Comp Cams has cams for them, AZ-Speed makes a intake and a few ether thing. Raylar speshlieses in 8.1 they have heads, intake, crankes, cams, and pistons. You can find all this atwww.tbyrne.com

Best thing you can do is sell it and wait for the new 7.5 LSx based V10 from gm!!

bet there will be 10 times the aftermaket support for it, since it based lsx series engines. which make me more happy in the pocket book. as right now pay big $$ for little selection.

Sound right? who cares, image a 7.5 liter v10 with a turbo kit like parish8's, then stuff into a half-ton. 457cubic inches of turbo power. and your willing to right it off because of sound?? uummm yeah.

I know HPTuners supports the 8.1L motor.
Two words, Whipple Supercharger! Intercooled even, tons of power, regardless of what boat it's installed in...
