fuel system as in injectors and pump? If this is what you are talking about then you could use some 8.1 ltr marine injectors(42lbs) and a walbro fuel pump. I would be surprised if you didnt already have something along these lines though since you have a 6.0 ltr w/10lbs of boost.

The fuel systems as far as rails and lines go can suport quite a bit of HP. Only thing really to be concerned about is injectors and fuel pump like Beeftip said.

He still has stock injectors and stock fuel pump. How hard is the walbro to install?

I installed my walbro from the top, removing the bed. It's really easy that way. 8 bolts a couple of screws on the filler neck and unplug the wire harness at the back. Then I just used a cherry picker and 4 motorcycle straps to lift the bed, and the top of the tank is right there for easy access. I think it took me about 45 minuets to swap my fuel pump.

I have to do this real soon on my 2k serria, my pump gets real noisy at 1/2 tank
What did you have to do to in the tank to get the pump to work? do you have to mod the bucket or will it just drop in , and which walbo pump did you use ?

i have the twin intank set up from racetronics and some 95lb injectors, so far it is working for me. i still have stock lines and rails. the only problem is they cut up the bucket and you end up needing to run about 3/8tank of gas minimum or you may suck air.

for a more mild set up just a $120 inline pump will go a long ways.

I belive it was the GS340 or something like that. Its the retunless pump, but they told me Walbro said it would work fine for my aplication. I had to use parts from two install kits to make it work. I needed the wiring pig tail from one and the filter sock from the other, and then I had to buy a 10" piece of hose too. Its a little slopy in the bucket, cuz its a universal pump and it's a little smaller then the stock pump. Part of the sock kind of folds up next to the pump, but it's still working great.
