What about this grind

212 214 525/528 lift on a 110 or 112? I am not please with my cam and since it will be quite a while before a engine swap I thought i might like to have more low end back. I still need to pull a 3000 lb racecar and a 18 ft trailer so i thought this one wouldnt be bad. I know the 110 is tight but I gotta her it a little

Anyone else here? Maybe one that knows what they are talking about?
I was thinking about that or a 208-210 518 /525 on a 112 with 4.10s. Should pull like madf i would think. Anyone got stock cam specs for 2000

RED2K...sure is strange, with the same cam you don't have enough bottem end with a 5.3 and in the 6.0 I don't have enough top end. What rpm do you shift at?

Anyone got stock cam specs for 2000
Part number 12560967
intake lift .457
exhaust lift .466
intake duration 191
exhaust duration 190
lobe sep angle 114
intake lobe center 112
exhaust lobe center 116
They all pretty much use the same cam except for the '99 model 4.8 and 5.3's which the LSA was 115.5, and the lobe centers were 118 intake / 113 exhaust.
And also the 6.0's changed for 2001 and up to this...
Part number 12561721
intake lift .467
exhaust lift .479
intake duration 196
exhaust duration 207
lobe sep angle 116
intake lobe center 117
exhaust lobe center 115
Found these specs in a great book I picked up the other day.
