oh yea, so who is that competent tranny builder? he must have access to crazy metals like.................unobtanium? they physically (and financially) just can't do it matt. that is unless you want to have someone build you one from total billet parts, then it would cost about $7000. and the TQM is just a band-aid that GM put in there to keep them from eating warranty $$$$$$. it never existed untill the OBDII stuff came around.

i did. and it won't hang. i am looking towards the future too. i want to end up with around 650RWHP or so and i don't want to jack with it again. but i might, depending on weather or not i can bring myself to shell out the bank for the other tranny.

THEN BOY....GO SIT ON THE PORCH. i've been doing it quicker than a large group on this board yourself included for a while now. now you have a 6.0, big deal....so does everyone else now-a-days. it's nothing to impressive anymore. if you were a MAN, you would have BUILT a motor to run your radix on....anyone who's looking for maximum performance (don't deny it) and drops a STOCK 6.0 in is a damn moron. Oh hell, this one is taking a dive real fast.

How bout you guys take this stuff to PM and clean this thread up a little by deleting your own off topic post. I trust you know which ones I'm talking about.

I'll leave it up to you and check in the morning before I leave for work.

Thanks.

PS- If not I have no problem deleting post.

Go with a 4L80E,sounds like you took out the low gear planetary, did you have third and forth still working,I drove home from the track that way one night.I think my Tahoe has broken every hardened aftermarket part ever made for a 4L60E,I finally gave up and installed a 4L80E.
