I think since the cam can breath easier hence less lope.

I shimmed the rockers with .030 shims so it didn't effect the preload. Yes the same pushrods also.
I just put about 80 miles on it and it seems to get better and better. The response is awesome.

Grippy, you will be very happy with the outcome.

After alittle more driving today, the truck seems quieter. Don't know how, just starting to sound more and more like a sleeper.

I just got home, tonite I went out and beat on it alittle. The response is awesome, really smooth and crisp. I got on it a few times and I can really feel the difference. At 2500 where the cam starts to make power is huge, I mean throw you in the back seat huge. I can even see a difference a part throttle, seems just like there is much more. I am very happy, Wednesday will be the true test as long as the rain holds off. I hope to get a few passes Wednesday nite, if not I will go Friday. Pretty impressive so far, I am starting to think a bigger cam duration wise, not lift. Another thing is it just gets quiter, the lope is very faint today, more than yesterday.

Yeah, they seem awesome so far, Wednesday I am going to drive it like I hate it. I think that its getting used to the tune also, I put about 120 miles on it in the last few days. I think the results will be positive. Seems better each time I start it up.

Leave Grippy alone, He is engineering the space shuttle over there, LOL. I see he is still messing around with a cam choice too I am sure he will come up with a really strong combo. The time he has spent on that thing it better fly! He found these heads, I just beat him to the install
