I would leave the mass air sensor alone. it's not worth the money IMO.
4.10's will help. I would look into a stall, and and gears. you will see the most gains out of that mod.
another cheap mod would be NOS. but i dont know if you want to go that route.
I think it's a quick way to go fast. but I would rather do it on motor. another opinion here tho.

little motor, big truck, needs a blower. artificial displacement. yes, gears help alot with smaller displacement rigs. e

I'd stay away from those aftermarket mass air meters. I did my own little test on them. I borrowed my buddies. I ran my truck at track one night, first with it. Then without it. No differnce. Save your money on that mod.

i really think you should look at swapping in a 6.0. i know the 4.8 has the potential with every bolt on it. but think about it a 6.0 is nearly a 100hp increase of non boosted, non N20 power just good ol reliable stock LQ4/LQ9 add some LT's,stall,tune...and youll be haulin serious ***.

Nitrous, stall, tune. You'll be in the low 14s easily (traction permitting )

What gears do you have now?

another vote for the tune. and the cam and stall should be in order also. i think it depends on the ol pocket book.

Shoot i got you one better how about you buy one of my cranks from my 5.3 and make yours a 5.3. Since that is the only diff. b/n 4.8 and the 5.3
