well i have the little 5.3 with the little bitty cam and run damn near 98mph so what the point. his 60' times are the same as mine 2.00 those 3.73 gears help alot and it will stall to 1800 to 2000 and just leave. i dont know what other mods but what was visable is the intake and superchips programmer.

and native texan there is a red stock vho that comes to hrp with him stock that runs 14.6 to 14.7 at 94mph to 96 it must be HRP lol laters.

Just add the whipple and blow through the 13's and fall into the 11-12 sec range.
Though I would have to say that the ext cab will definitely have traction issues with that kind of power.

I am hoping to run mid 13s after the heads and the TB stall are in to go with rest of the mods in my sig. I am with Big Tex, it had to have more than that done to it.

Stealth I have the # 7 wire tied to the boss that the plastic engine cover bolts to on the valvecover. The # 5 is wire tied to a small piece of sheet metal I wrapped in electrical tape that bolts up with a header bolt. The stock wires fit theses headers the best. I toasted a MSD wire already on these headers I have to make two custom wires for the back two cylinders when I do the head swap then the MSDs are going back on. I have all the MSD parts sitting here waiting to install.

No juice here, Bottles are for babies.

the VHO i could see pulling that kind of mph and time with a cold air kit, cat back, programming and maybe some headers. they are running some outstanding numbers as it is, but i'd guess this guy had something else that didn't stand out.

Exclamation it's very possible!!!!

if i remember right he was running 26" slicks on factory 16's, resulting in drastic gear change fron 3.73 with factory 31.8" 20inchers,also smaller rims are lighter,i myself ran 14.05 @ 96 with similar setup, in 70deg. 75% humidity sucky air for sure, otherwise i would doubt him also. badblack04}}}
