What is the secret to getting in touch with UPD? I'm interested in their product. I have sent 2 emails, left messages on the machine and have gotten no reply. This has been going on for a couple of weeks. Heck their message on the machine still tells about being closed in the beginning of August. It seems that they make a good product, but their customer service leaves alot to be desired. How can I be sure that I will receive the intake after ordering, if nobody will return a call or email.

try using their site and emailing them. i got quick responses that way. i never had a problem with their product or customer service

 

Same here, when I ordered mine, they responded in about 4 hours.

They might have a backlog.

 

I got an email from UPD today. They appoligized for the lack of response, and said they would be taking steps to prevent that from happening in the future. Will be ordering an intake after the holiday .
