Default True Dual guys in here!!!

I got my Pacesetter LT's in the garage waiting to go on. I also have a BBK x-pipe. I will be removing the cats. I've been looking at several mufflers, and I love the sound of the Aerochamber, from what i can tell from Hooker's website. My question is, is anybody on here running something similair to this setup? If so, how do you like it? I also like the sound of true duals and bullets on a F-body, but i think this may be a little loud for my liking. More or less, I'm asking what mufflers are the best for a true dual setup? Thanks everyone

i HAD a true dual exhaust with long tubes, a magna x-pipe, and dual 3 inch bullets. I have listened to all types of exhaust clips on youtube and I think Bassani and Aerochambers sound the most badass as far as mufflers go . Bullets will be loud but I guaranty nobody will sound anywhere close to you, It truly sounds unique on these trucks. I loved and miss my bullets. Awaiting reinstall as we speak ( no funds currently )

The F-body true duals will not work they have to be custom made for our trucks..

I say bullets FTW. I love the way they sound

A buddy of mine has a muffler shop and as soon as I have the funds we are going to do an x-pipe setup on my truck and if he likes the way it turns out he said he may want to start making them and selling them under his name. But that's just a thought in process right now

Hey EATSGTS, when you get your exhaust done, make sure they install the xpipe as far foward by the longtubes as possible , it increases the scavenging of the xpipe and makes everything flow better. Now Git r dun!!

I bought a Magnaflow catback duals from ebay ,(wunder car parts I believe) for 400.00. Had to get a sys for a 2500 crew cab short box and then modify it for my 01 2500 HD. Look for the make offer and put in 400.00, they'll take it! Then take that to an exhaust shop to make it work. LT's are fairly easy to install yourself.
