Default Truck weight/ track times

Went to the drags lastnight and put my truck on the scales. 2001 ext cb sb 2500hd 4x4. With no rear seat or tailgate it weighed 5200lbs without me and 5450lbs with me in it. With a 125shot it went 12.70 @106 and with a 175shot it went 12.30 @108. The bottle pressure was only at 700 on the 12.70 pass and 650 on the 12.30 pass. Next time i will have the bottle heater in it and put a 250 shot to it.

Man I figured a truck like yours would weight allot more. I guess my 8.1L Alli is on the porky side. BTW those are some nice times I can't wait to see what you'll run with a 250hp shot.

I have put my nova on the scale at the track and it weighs the same as when i put it on digital four corner scales. There are two scales at the track and both say the same thing. Your truck should weigh alittle less than mine i would think.

my truck came in at 4700lb's+ with some weight reductions. rcsb 4wd 1500 with me in it. ext cab is 400lbs. that weight doesn't seem posiable.

I don't know. I have weighed just about all my cars there and at other places and it always seems just about right.

My stock T/A weighed 3550 there. Which is exactly what it weighed at a local truck stop.

I weighed my truck with all my weight reduction and I came out at 4700lbs without me in it. Seems about right because my truck should weigh close to Parish's since I dont have a back seat in it and he had the heavier trans to even us out.

I've pulled alot of little BS off the truck to save weight though, so has Paul. He has all the wieght saving mods I do plus he has a roll pan instead of the rear bumper.
